Office Policies and Procedures  
 
Dr. David Packey, Dr. Jill Miller  and all the staff at Neurology Clinic are always concerned about the safety and well-being of their patients.  Because of the ongoing spread of the Corona virus throughout the state of Florida, we are adding new procedures in our office to further provide for your protection and safety when you come for your medical appointment. 
 
Please see below the actions that we are implementing:

• We request that you arrive 20 minutes earlier than your appointment time if you are a new patient so that we can get you checked in on time.
• If you arrive late (10 minutes or more) to your scheduled appointment time you will be asked to reschedule

• We will continue our practice of cleaning all exam rooms between patients.
• Please DO NOT COME to your appointment if you have a fever, a cough, sore throat, running nose, are feeling poorly, or have had recent contact with someone who has been exposed to COVID-19 or have traveled outside of Florida within the last two weeks.
